When will my items be shipped out?

We know you are excited to receive your items, we are too! Hence we aim to process all orders placed before 12noon EST within 2 business days. During a peak season, there may be a slight delay, and our priority is still to ship out your package as soon as we can!

Where will my items be shipped out from?

We are a homegrown company based in Maryland, USA. All your orders will be processed and shipped out from this location.

What are your shipping fees?

Our system will show the shipping options available depending on your location. There is a free shipping option for orders above USD 35.

Estimated number of shipping days will be dependent on shipping option selected.
